Bruce Lyndon Cunningham


Bruce, a native Texan who is known internationally as the "Forester-Artist," holds a B.S. in Forestry and a M.A. in Art from Stephen F. Austin State University, Texas. His botanical illustrations combine his knowledge of trees and artistic talent for a unique style and diversified career. In 1990 Bruce was commissioned to draw "The Wye Oak", a white oak in Wye Mills, Maryland, by the Society of American Foresters (SAF) for the national convention in Washington, DC. The original drawing was presented to President Bush as a gift from the SAF.
