Birthplace: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Education: A graduate of the National School of Fine Arts, Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, specializing in Botanical Illustration by National School of Tropical Botany.
Awards: Winner of Mee International Fellowship in 2004, for improvement in the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew in London, England.
Projects: Prepared illustrations for the Research Institute of the Rio de Janeiro Botanic Garden.

Prepared illustrations of Native Species of Flora of Brazil found in the Curió Park-Paracambi-RJ.

Prepared illustrations for the neo-tropical Flora series of the New York Botanical Garden and endangered bryophytes from National Park of Itatiaia. Rio de Janeiro, working with researcher Dr. Denise Pinheiro da Costa.

Prepared illustrations of the Melastomataceae family for the Research Institute of the Rio de Janeiro Botanic Garden working with researcher Dr. José Fernando Baumgratz since 2002.

Prepared work for the Project Color: Orchids: Endangered or threatened with Extinction for Petrobras and Jardim Botânico do Rio de Janeiro.
