Born: 1943 Pittsburg, Pennsylvania

My journey in life led me to become a librarian. However, over the years I also took art classes in oils, collage, acrylics, watercolors and pen and ink.

The latest class that I took was Botanical Illustrating at Laguna Gloria, a historic site with an art program in Austin, TX. This art form is now decidedly my focus and main interest in researching. I am not sure where I am going with this, but I am enjoying the process! I belong to several art associations and have shown at juried shows over the last four years here in Austin, TX. With my studio and greenhouse in the backyard, my love of gardening is coming together with my art.
