Christopher's passion for flowers and plants is deeply rooted, beginning with his involvement in his grandfather's Connecticut nursery business. He graduated from Columbus College of Art and Design and is currently working on a commission to illustrate plant pollen trapped in ancient ice core samples taken from Antarctica. Christopher has traveled to Korea to paint a Wild Mountain Iris. He is a chair member of the Columbus Daffodil Society and the Columbus Iris Society, among other plant societies, and is a plant conservation activist.
