Policies and Procedures
All orders must be prepaid; a pro forma invoice will be issued on request. On orders of up to four items, Hunt Institute Associates receive a 25% discount from regular list prices. On purchases of 5 or more publications, Associates and others receive a 40% discount. Resale discount quotations upon request. Payment in U.S. dollars only. No returns without permission.
The Institute accepts telephone, mail and fax orders. Credit card orders may be phoned, mailed or faxed to the Institute. Email is not a secure method of submitting credit card information. Checks and money-orders must be mailed. A completed order form must accompany all mail and fax orders.
Your privacy is very important to us. We do not sell or distribute our mailing lists.

A. Associate Membership Application
Detailed information about the benefits of Associate membership is available on the Associate Membership page. Associate Membership is by calendar year, with term of membership lasting from January to December regardless of when you join. The deadline for joining or renewing for 2013 membership is 1 September 2013. The publications available as membership benefits are those issues or catalogues published during the year of membership.
