Policies and Procedures
All orders must be prepaid; a pro forma invoice will be issued on request. On orders of up to four items, Hunt Institute Associates receive a 25% discount from regular list prices. On purchases of 5 or more publications, Associates and others receive a 40% discount. Resale discount quotations upon request. Payment in U.S. dollars only. No returns without permission.
The Institute accepts telephone, mail, and fax orders. Credit-card orders may be phoned, mailed, or faxed to the Institute. Email is not a secure method of submitting credit card information. Checks and money-orders must be mailed. A completed order form must accompany all mail and fax orders.

A. Associate Membership Application
Detailed information about the benefits of Associate membership is available on the Associate Membership page. Membership is by calendar year, with term of membership lasting from January to December regardless of when you join. The deadline for joining or renewing for 2008 membership is 1 September 2008.

All 2008 Associates will receive issue 14(1) of our journal, Huntia, as we will not be publishing an exhibition catalogue in 2008. Those joining or renewing at the Patron level also will receive the 2008 Redouté datebook while supplies last.
Gift Membership Application
Gift membership in the Associates Program is by calendar year, with term of membership lasting from January to December regardless of when it begins. The deadline for joining or renewing for 2008 membership is 1 September 2008. We can send an announcement card to you or directly to the recipient of the membership.
